I am royally screwed

Because I can't blank-ety blank sleep!!!!!!!!! I've gone to bed many times and just cannot drift off. My brain is moving 100 miles a minute! Don't know what's happening. I've checked on Ashley and the boys many times tonight. I can hear Ashley's ticker going, she has barely moved a muscle and sleeping so peacefully. Maybe tonight she will sleep again. She has woken up every night between 1:30 & 2:30 so I figure I have about 22 minutes and I will be in the clear. Yeah right! She'll be up...as sure as the Pope is Catholic, Ashley will be up. And I will be a mess tomorrow. When I get overtired I get grouchy. Then I will laugh until I cry. Then I get feeling sick. Wash, rinse, repeat. This insomnia is a recipe for disaster. I could blow a "major-hindy" to quote a friend.

On a nicer note. I must give a Happy Birthday shout-out to Julie. My dear friend who has been my sanity saver many, many times! I don't know what I'd do without her to sound off to. Probably blow more major-hindy's. ;)

Must of been something in the air last night, as I was restless too! Just tossed and turned all night.

Hope you finally got to sleep! I promise I won't call early today:)

HaHa Amy, I almost tweeted to you "don't call me!!!" Anyways Ashley did sleep all night until about 5:45. We then laid down in my bed and slept until 9:30. I am happy and SO lucky. Sorry you had trouble sleeping too. Tonight will be better.

Blank-ety blank (LOL!) I know how you feel! Leila probably inherited my insomnia. I hope our second one will be more like Dennis who can sleep through vacuuming, baby crying, smoke alarm, earthquake and even his own graduation ceremony.

I feel ya!! I used to get so worried about getting sleep in that small window of time and then I could never sleep because I was too worried! lol

Does that make any sense!?

Ok the three of use should get on face book when we can't sleep and chat. I did not sleep well either.
My husband is stressing me out.

Hope you both sleep better!!

Daiva - It is very rare for me not to sleep. I have fallen asleep during a few movies and even a concert once. Darn caffeine did me in. I won't make that mistake again.

Deb - Austin it was so horrible. I'd feed him, fall asleep with him in my arms, wake up an hour later, put him down and he'd wake up almost immediately. It was torturous. But I guess I survived. He still doesn't sleep the greatest.

Jill - Sorry Mike caused you some insomnia. What's the matter with him !?! Hopefully all three of us will sleep better tonight and now I suppose I have you putting the FB pressure on too. Don't forget I have my chat badge if you ever get lonely and I'm online. :)

All right girls. Sounds like it might be a night for a little hot cocoa and chick flick. Ok - glass of wine. Whatever.
I hear you Dawn about Ashley - she does sleeps so still! I would stare her, finally you see the chest move ever so slightly. Once I touched her, of course that startled her.
Good night girls and don't let the bedbugs bite.
and Dawn, TY for your kind words.

Thanks Julie - She's up to her evil tricks again. But I've had no trouble sleeping. Fun times.

I hope that you have been sleeping better since this night and that you were able to work through everything that had your head going a mile a minute!

Let me know if you get on FB!
