We are the Champions!!!!

And what a game it was. We were down 5-1 in the 3rd period and came back and won in sudden death overtime!!! Tommy played awesome and had assists on the tying and winning goals!!! It was so darn exciting!!! I really thought we were sunk.

I love this tournament fun, but am so glad it's over. It's so darn stressful. You have to feel bad for Cheboygan making it that far and losing it in the end. They had a long drive home I'm sure.

Here is the team after the big win! I'm so proud! He is in the front row right of the goalie.

And here is Tommy with his head coach at Hooter's. This was a first for me. I'd never been to Hooter's. It had good food I guess. I'd go again.

I Love being a hockey Mom! Now we have a Traverse City tournament possibly next month. Fun fun!!

I can't believe you've never been to Hooters, either. I don't like wings, but the rest of their food is great. WTG Tommy and Team! I can't wait to get to a game some day!

That is great! I can't wait until I get to be the super proud sports mama-- it will be a while and it won't be hockey (no ice skating around these parts...)! I can only imagine the aniexty during the sudden death overtime. I am a Hooters virgin-- but maybe we will check it out. Think I could take my mom their for her birthday?

yes... the teacher mad a mistake. Didn't mean to use the pronoun- I meant there.

Ha Amy, catching your pronoun mistake. Us poor teachers, always critical. As for ice skating I don't even know where you are from, so where are you from? Somewhere South I imagine? As for taking your Mom to Hooter's well, I'd be more embarrassed going there with my Dad. ;)
